Attempt Burglary - Near You - Lower Rushton Road, Bradford Moor, BD3

Dear Resident,

Between 7:30 pm and 7:35 pm on 25/09/2026, three unknown suspects approached a property from the direction of Dick Lane.

One suspect climbed onto a wall and removed a CCTV camera before the group attempted to gain entry by removing a glass pane from a door. The suspects were disturbed by a neighbour shouting and left the area on foot in the direction they had arrived, without gaining entry to the property.

Residents are encouraged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity. Please check any CCTV, doorbell or dashcam footage that may assist with enquiries.

💡 Consider installing security lighting and CCTV where appropriate.
🏡 Keep property boundaries secure and maintain a visible presence around your home.
👀 Report suspicious behaviour promptly to police.
